Sally & James
Prior to taking over at Heathy Lea, Sally worked as a self employed freelancer for 5 years in the events industry and before that spent 9 years working for Live Nation Entertainment UK. James has previously worked in the property industry where he thrived but wanted to delve in to a new passion with Sally and that's where Heathy Lea came in to the picture.
Live Nation saw Sally being involved in some of the UK’s largest music festivals and events including Download, Creamfields, V Festival, Radio 1’s Big Weekend, Wireless and many more one off shows. However her heart wanted to move back in Derbyshire. Taking on Heathy Lea is when both Sally & James we're able to bring their skills together and take on wedding coordinating which is her real passion where she is now living her dream job.
The grounds of Heathy Lea open directly into the park, where guests are free to walk any time through the 1100 acres of Chatsworth Park. Look out for the abandoned millstones on the rock edges, the gnarled oak woodland, and the resident herds of red and fallow deer. Despite the remote location in the heart of the Derbyshire Dales, Bakewell, Pilsley and the rest of the Peak District is all just a few miles away. Our Boltholes are a collection of listed buildings and Shepherds Huts nestled on Chatsworth grounds great for all seasons. We also offer our picturesque countryside venue to couples who would like to celebrate in style for a weekend of wedding celebrations.
