We have 3 rooms available, all are ensuite with TV and tea and coffee making facilities. They are all decorated and furnished to the highest standards and have stunning views over the park land and distant rolling countryside or our lovely garden. Wireless internet access is available throughout.
Room 2 - Large Double Room
This is the largest room and is situated at the end
of the house. It enjoys magnificent views of the parkland on two sides and the rear garden with Heathy Lea Brook running through it on the third side.
There are easy chairs and it is large enough to add an additional bed if required.
Unfortunately in order to protect the comfort of all of our guests we cannot accept dogs in the rooms.
For similar reasons no smoking is allowed in the rooms and house.

Room 3 - Twin/Double Room
This is a generous size room which can either be made up as a twin room or a double room. When booking online please specify on the special requests section which you would like.
It has a lovely ensuite with large power shower and enjoys views to the rear of the house over the cottages, rear garden and Heathy Lea Brook.
Room 1 - Large Double/Family Room
Large double or family room with large bathroom with bath and shower. The room has a beautifully dressed king size bed and has ample room for an additional single bed.
Please note we only accept children under the age of 7 if all the rooms are taken as part of a family booking.
There are a pair of small archairs and an antique dressing table. The windows look westwards and enjoy unspoilt views over the park land. The adjoining bathroom also has a similar outlook - A loo with a view!
The bed and breakfast rooms have a separate entrance and staircase from the main house giving guests private access. Visitors have their own key to come and go as they please and there is a beautiful dining room with stunning views over Chatsworth Park to enjoy breakfast in.
We offer high quality Bed and Breakfast accommodation situated in an idyllic location on the edge of Chatsworth park.
It has a king size double bed together with a beautiful antique dressing table and wardrobe and is full of character with an exposed 17th century beam running across the middle.
There is a full size bathroom with bath/shower and views across the garden to the parkland beyond.
