Our Rooms and Accommodation Bed and Breakfast
We offer high quality Bed and Breakfast accommodation situated in an idyllic location on the edge of the Chatsworth estate.
We have 3 rooms available, all are ensuite with TV/DVD and tea and coffee making facilities. They are all decorated and furnished to the highest standards and have stunning views over the park land and distant rolling countryside. Wireless internet access is available throughout.
The bed and breakfast rooms have a separate entrance and staircase from
the main house giving guests private access. Visitors have their own key to
come and go as they please and there is a beautiful dining room with
stunning views over Chatsworth Park to enjoy breakfast or afternoon tea in.
We offer a comprehensive breakfast menu using only the finest ingredients from the award winning Chatsworth Farm Shop and other local suppliers.
Cereals, grapefruit, home made fruit compote or fresh fruit (in season from our own garden) & yoghurt are followed by traditional full english breakfast or alternatives - Click here for a sample menu.
As well as traditional English options we can also cater for vegetarian or
other special dietary requirements.
Room 1 - Large Double/Family Room
Large double or family room with large bathroom with bath and shower. The room has a beautifully dressed king size bed and has ample room for a cot or single folding bed for a child. The windows look westwards and enjoy unspoilt views over the park land. The adjoining bathroom also has a similar outlook - A loo with a view!
Room 2 - Twin Room
Twin room with ensuite bathroom with WC wash basin and
shower. Decorated in a blue and cream 'Toile de Jouey' theme
and again enjoying the westward views over the park land and
distant hills.

Our Rooms
Room 3 - Small Double Room
Double room with attached en suite bathroom with WC, washbasin and shower. Featuring a magnificent antique French demi corbeille bed with views to the south over the park land and eastwards over Heathy Lea Brook which runs through the gardens of the house.
Unfortunately in order to protect the comfort of all of our guests we cannot accept dogs in the rooms. However, we do have an outside dog pen with kennel which can be used if your dog would be happy with this. With 1100acres of Parkland on the doorstep the location is a dogwalkers (and dogs!) paradise.
For similar reasons no smoking is allowed in the rooms and house.
